DIY Subway Bread - Is Subway really that healthy? We find out!

Ingredients

For subway bread:
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Dried yeast 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (plus extra for dusting)
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Dried oregano 1/2 Teaspoon
Grated parmesan cheese 2 Teaspoon
For meatball sauce:
Tomato passata 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
Mixed herbs 1 Teaspoon
Red chilli flakes 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon , divided (1/2 tsp for the sauce and 1 tsp for the meatball)
Ground beef 80% lean 500 Gram
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
