This mixed berry meringue wreath with a pink almond praline is purely amazing!

Ingredients

Caster sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Corn flour 1 Teaspoon

Almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs) , slice (toasted)
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Glucose syrup 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pink food coloring 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
For raspberry sauce:
Frozen raspberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Icing sugar 1 Tablespoon
For toppings:
Whipped cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Raspberries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Blueberries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Fresh mint leaves 10
