Red capsicum 2 , deseeded ((halved))
Olive oil spray 6 Dash
Chicken breast fillets 500 Gram
Red onion 1 Large , thinly sliced ((cut into 2cm pieces))
Smoked paprika 1 Tablespoon
Canned chopped tomatoes 400 Gram ((1 can))
Water 125 Milliliter ((about 1/2 cup))
Steamed rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((optional))
