Ingredients

Red capsicum 2 , deseeded (halved)
Olive oil spray 6 Dash
Chicken breast fillets 500 Gram
Red onion 1 Large , thinly sliced (cut into 2cm pieces)
Smoked paprika 1 Tablespoon
Canned chopped tomatoes 400 Gram (1 can)
Water 125 Milliliter (about 1/2 cup)
Steamed rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (optional)
