Unsalted butter 50 Gram
Onion 1 , peeled (finely chopped)
Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Arborio rice 250 Gram
Chopped fresh thyme leaves 2 Teaspoon
Red wine 150 Milliliter
Roughly chopped walnuts 75 Gram
Soft goat cheese 125 Gram
