Warm or cold, this rice pudding is the best.

Ingredients

Arborio rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Full cream milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Caster sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , divided (1/4 cup for the pudding and 1/4 cup for brulee)
Vanilla paste 1 Tablespoon
Butter 1 Teaspoon (For greasing)
