|Rolled oats||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk/Nut milk||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Plain greek yogurt||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Maple syrup||1 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Broken walnut||1 Tablespoon|
|Blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For blueberry topping)|
|Sugar||1 Teaspoon (For blueberry topping)|
|Water||1 Teaspoon (For blueberry topping)|
1.In a jar or bowl mix together the oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
2.Stir to combine and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
3.In the meantime, in a small pan over medium high heat add the blueberries, water, and sugar.
4.Let them cook until the blueberries burst and a delicious jam form, about 5-7 minutes
5.Turn off the blueberry mixture and let it come to room temperature.
6.To serve, add a good scoop of the blueberry mixture and some chopped walnuts to the top of the overnight oats and serve! A delicious and hearty breakfast that will be your new favorite.
