You can make the classic three bean salad in no time at all. Everyone loves this classic salad recipe. Three bean salad is perfect for a picnic or a barbeque.
|Vegetable oil||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White vinegar||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Celery seed||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Canned wax beans||15 Ounce , drained, rinsed (1 can)|
|Canned green beans||15 Ounce , drained, rinsed (1 can)|
|Canned kidney beans||15 Ounce , drained, rinsed (1 can)|
|Chopped celery||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1.In a small bowl combine vegetable oil, white vinegar, sugar, celery seed, ground black pepper, and salt. Whisk together well.
2.In another bowl combine 1 can of drained wax beans, 1 can of drained green beans, and 1 can of kidney beans that you have rinsed and drained.
3.Add 1/4 cup chopped celery, and add 2 tablespoons of chopped white onions.
4.Stir to combine. Add dressing to the beans, and stir until well blended.
5.Let rest in a covered container in the refrigerator before serving.
