Homemade bean dip is so much better than store bought, this recipe is quick and easy. You can adjust the spiciness by adding as much jalapeno as you like. I really love the creamy texture, my buddy James at Aim'em and Claim'em Smokers calls it, Texas hummus.
|Canned pinto beans||16 Ounce , drained (1 can)|
|Chilli powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|White vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Sliced pickled jalapeno pepper||8 (or to your level of heat)|
