Tzatziki - Basic Yums

Today we're making tzatziki! This recipe is vegetarian, gluten-free, and soy-free.

Ingredients

Greek yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped cucumber 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm) , mince
Mint leaves 6 , chop
Finely chopped dill 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Lemon 1/2 , juiced
Salt To Taste
Ground black pepper To Taste
