Guacamole! - Rule Of Yum Recipe

Today we're making guacamole! Super easy and super delicious. Serve with carrots or your favorite raw vegetable for a healthy snack idea! This recipe is sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and paleo-friendly.


Avocado 2 , mash
Roma tomato 1 , finely chopped
Lime 1 , juiced
Serrano/Jalapeno pepper 1 , finely chopped
Finely chopped cilantro 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Ground black pepper To Taste



1.Chop your shallots, tomato, garlic and shallots and add them to your bowl.

2.Now halve your avocados and an easy way to remove the pit is to hack and twist.

3.Add your avocado to your mixture and mash it up. Mash it up good.

4.Add some lime juice, serrano or jalapeño pepper for heat, and salt and pepper and chopped cilantro to taste.


5.Garnish with some more cilantro and serve.
