Chipotle Turkey Chili - Rule Of Yum Recipe

Today we're making Chipotle Turkey Chili! This recipe is gluten-free, grain-free, nut-free, and soy-free. It can easily be altered to be vegan, paleo, and/or dairy-free.


Turkey 1 Pound
Yellow zucchini/Squash 1 Medium
Sweet potatoes 2
Yellow onion 1 Medium
Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm) ((or more))
Celery stalks 5
Carrots 5 Medium
Tomatoes 2 Medium
Tomato sauce 1 3/4 Cup (28 tbs)
Chicken stock/Vegetable stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Canned black beans 14 Ounce , drained ((1 can))
Chipotle chili powder 2 Tablespoon
Cumin 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Smoked paprika 1 Tablespoon
Red pepper flakes To Taste ((optional))
Chopped parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Ground black pepper To Taste



1.Heat oil in a stockpot and fry garlic until golden brown about 1 min.

2.Add onions and cook until translucent about 5 mins.

3.Add all the veg except the black beans and cook for about 5 minutes.

4.Add the turkey, Then add all the spices and mix well.

5.Add all the liquids(tomato sauce and stock).

6.Reduce heat to a simmer for 45 mins.

7.Add black beans and simmer for another 10 mins.


8.Add some chopped parsley before serving.
