Today, we're making bistek kebobs. Pair this with our pickled mango relish (atsarang mangga) for the perfect summer meal.

Ingredients

Sirloin/Flank steak 1 1/2 Pound
Coconut aminos 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Calamansi juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
Red onion 1/2 Large , quartered
Avocados 2 , cubed
Bell pepper 1 , quartered
Cremini mushrooms 10 , cut in half
