Ground pork | 1/2 Pound | |
Ground beef | 1/2 Pound (93% lean) | |
Garlic | 3 Clove (15 gm) , mince | |
Finely chopped parsley | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Shallot | 1 Large , chop | |
Bacon slices | 6 , mince | |
Ginger piece | 1/2 Inch , mince | |
Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Cumin powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Cauliflower head | 1 , mash |
GETTING READY:
1.Preheat your oven to 275 degrees.
MAKING:
2.combine all ingredients in in a bowl except the 2 strips of minced bacon.
3.place in a ring mold, bacon first as the walls, then the ground meat.
4.bake at 375 for 35-40 mins (until meat is done).
5.coat the sides with the cauliflower mash icing, and sprinkle the minced bacon bits.
