Meat Cake! - Rule Of Yum Recipe

Today we're making MEAT CAKE! Yup. This recipe is dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and paleo-friendly.

Ingredients

Ground pork 1/2 Pound
Ground beef 1/2 Pound (93% lean)
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , mince
Finely chopped parsley 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Shallot 1 Large , chop
Bacon slices 6 , mince
Ginger piece 1/2 Inch , mince
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Cauliflower head 1 , mash

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Preheat your oven to 275 degrees.

MAKING:

2.combine all ingredients in in a bowl except the 2 strips of minced bacon.

3.place in a ring mold, bacon first as the walls, then the ground meat.

4.bake at 375 for 35-40 mins (until meat is done).

5.coat the sides with the cauliflower mash icing, and sprinkle the minced bacon bits.
