Today we're making MEAT CAKE! Yup. This recipe is dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and paleo-friendly.
|Ground pork||1/2 Pound|
|Ground beef||1/2 Pound (93% lean)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm) , mince|
|Finely chopped parsley||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shallot||1 Large , chop|
|Bacon slices||6 , mince|
|Ginger piece||1/2 Inch , mince|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Cumin powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chilli powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Cauliflower head||1 , mash|
1.Preheat your oven to 275 degrees.
2.combine all ingredients in in a bowl except the 2 strips of minced bacon.
3.place in a ring mold, bacon first as the walls, then the ground meat.
4.bake at 375 for 35-40 mins (until meat is done).
5.coat the sides with the cauliflower mash icing, and sprinkle the minced bacon bits.
6.Serve and enjoy!
