Today we're making Navajo tacos!

Ingredients

Fry bread 1
Ground turkey 500 Gram
Dandelion 3 , thinly sliced
Thai chillies 3
Seasoning 1 1/2 Tablespoon (dried mole seasoning, see the ingredients for the seasoning below)
Salsa 2 Cup (32 tbs) (roasted corn salsa)
Oil 1 Tablespoon
For avocado crema:
Avocado 1 , mash
Creme fraiche 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lime 1
Salt To Taste
For mole seasoning:
Cocoa powder 1 Teaspoon
Mexican chili powder 1 Tablespoon
Smoked paprika powder 1 Tablespoon
Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
Brown sugar 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Sumac 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
