Today we're making eggs benedict in cup form! This recipe is gluten-free, soy-free, and paleo-friendly.


Egg 4
Prosciutto slices/Ham slices 8
Shallot 1 , thinly sliced
Salt To Taste
Ground black pepper To Taste
Butter 1 Tablespoon (((For greasing)))
For basil hollandaise:
Egg yolks 2
Ghee 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Dijon mustard 1/4 Teaspoon
Lemon 1/2 , juiced
Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Basil leaves 6 , julienned
Water 1 Tablespoon
