Today we're making spinach quinoa patties! This recipe is dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and vegetarian.

Ingredients

Cooked quinoa 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Chopped onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm) , mince
Birds eye chilies 2
Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Lemon 1/2 , juiced
Eggs 3 , beaten
Salt To Taste
Ground black pepper To Taste
Oil 1 Teaspoon
