Today we're making tabbouleh! (or whatever spelling you prefer--either way it's delicious). This recipe is vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and paleo-friendly.


Chopped parsley 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Chopped mint 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Roma tomatoes 4 , dice
Diced cucumber 1
Roasted cauliflower 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Roasted garlic 8 Clove (40 gm)
Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Lemon 1/2 , juiced
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
