Yummy vegetarian burgers.

Ingredients

Canned lentils 400 Gram , drained, rinsed (1 can)
Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Mushroom cups 380 Gram (roughly chopped)
Cornflake crumbs 30 Gram (about 1/3 cup)
Eggs 2
Salt To Taste
Ground black pepper To Taste
Olive oil 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Brown onion 1 Large , thinly sliced (about 160g)
Bread rolls 3 (soft soy
Mixed salad leaves 1
