Yummy brunch recipe.

Ingredients

Firm fish fillets 4 Cup (64 tbs) (snapper or blue eye is great)
Chopped parsley 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
Sugar snap peas 200 Gram (topped)
Snow pea sprouts 150 Gram
Cherry tomatoes/Grape tomato 100 Gram , halved
