Multigrain Pizza - Healthy Atta Pizza Dough, Sauce

Who doesnt love Pizza? Today, lets make it Healthier with this Multigrain Pizza Recipe. Easy to make, filled with healthy grains and good fats.
Ive used Saffola Aura Olive Oil for this recipe which is actually a blend of Spanish Olive Oil and Flax Seed Oil.


For the dough:
Flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Multigrain flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Rajgira Bajra Ragi soya)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Yeast 1/2 Teaspoon
For the sauce:
Red capsicum 1 Large
Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm)
For assembling the pizza:
Maize flour 3 Tablespoon
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon , divided (1 tbsp for greasing the tray and 1 tbsp on pizza)
Mozzarella cheese 50 Gram
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Herbs 1 Teaspoon (pizza herbs)
