Ive used Saffola Aura Olive Oil for this recipe which is actually a blend of Spanish Olive Oil and Flax Seed Oil.

For the sauce: | ||
Red capsicum | 1 Large | |
Garlic | 5 Clove (25 gm) | |
For assembling the pizza: | ||
Maize flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon , divided (1 tbsp for greasing the tray and 1 tbsp on pizza) | |
Mozzarella cheese | 50 Gram | |
Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Herbs | 1 Teaspoon (pizza herbs) |
