Today we're making a white asparagus frittata. Breakfast (or lunch or dinner) of champions! This recipe is gluten-free and soy-free.

Ingredients

Eggs 6 , beaten
White asparagus spears 5 , chop
Canadian bacon slices 4 , finely chopped
Red onions 2 Small , slice (or 1 large)
Roma tomatoes 2 , dice
Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm) , finely chopped
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Chopped cilantro/Chopped parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Pecorino romano cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Ground black pepper To Taste
Water 1 Liter
