Today we're making CHURROS!!!! This recipe is dairy-free, gluten-free, and soy-free.

Ingredients

Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Gluten free flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Coconut sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Eggs 3 , beaten
For cinnamon sugar:
Coconut sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
