|Ponzu sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Tapioca starch||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs) (for soup)|
|Squid||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (dried, for soup)|
|Egg||1 , whisk (for soup)|
|Salt||To Taste (for soup)|
