Today we're making Banana Ice Cream with only one ingredient--yup--BANANAS! Well, not counting topppings. This recipe is vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and paleo-friendly.
|Raw organic honey||2 Teaspoon (for topping)|
|Chopped macadamia nuts||2 Teaspoon (for topping)|
|Vegan dark chocolate chips||2 Teaspoon (for topping)|
1.Cut your banana into quarter-inch slices, freeze for at least 4 hours, pour into food processor and process until smooth
2.Top with your favorite whatever! We used raw organic honey, macadamia nuts and NibMor chocolate.
