Today we're making mini pumpkin pies! Perfect for Thanksgiving or any other day of the year let's be honest. This recipe is soy-free.

Ingredients

Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Eggs 3 Large
Egg yolks 2
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Canned pumpkin puree 12 Ounce (1 can)
Yam condiments 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Palm sugar 5 Ounce
Maple syrup 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Grated ginger 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Ground cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground nutmeg 1/4 Teaspoon
For pie shell:
All purpose flour 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs) (plus extra for dusting)
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Butter 12 Tablespoon
Vegetable shortening 8 Tablespoon
Ice water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
