|Roasted garlic||10 Clove (50 gm) , chop|
|Finely chopped parsley||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pecorino||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Truffle salt||To Taste|
|Olive oil||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Paprika||1/2 Teaspoon (to mix in the olive oil)|
