Beef pieces 750 Gram (gravy beef)
Onions 3 , quartered
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Bacon rashers 4 Medium , trimmed (chopped)
Button mushrooms 200 Gram , slice
Carrots 3 , peeled (sliced)
Plain flour 2 Tablespoon
Red wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Beef stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Bouquet garni 1 (rosemary, thyme & basil)
Mashed potato 4 Cup (64 tbs)
