Ingredients

Water 120 Milliliter
Butter 50 Gram , chop
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Plain flour 75 Gram (about 1/2 cup)
Eggs 2 (lightly whisked)
For creme patissiere:
Whole milk 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Egg yolks 4
Caster sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Arrowroot powder 1 Tablespoon
Pure vanilla bean paste 1 Teaspoon
Melted dark chocolate 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Melted white chocolate 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
