A comforting soup at the end of a cold day.


Beef chuck steak 750 Gram (cut into chunks)
Onion 1 Large
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Carrots 2 Medium
Celery stalks 2
Swede 1 Small
Beef stock 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Fresh tarragon sprig 1
Canned borlotti beans 400 Gram , drained, rinsed (1 can)
Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Freshly cracked black pepper To Taste
