Beef pieces 4 (Beef osso bucco)
Onion 1
Carrot 1
Celery stick 1
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Beef stock 500 Gram
Canned diced tomatoes 400 Gram (1 can)
Chopped parsley 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Plain flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Ground black pepper To Taste
Red wine 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (optional)
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
