Caster sugar | 1 3/4 Cup (28 tbs) , divided (3/4 cup is for the sponge cake and 1/4 cup is for cinnamon and sugar mixture) | |
Cinnamon | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Vegetable oil | 1 Liter (for frying) | |

Icing sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
