|Corn flour||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Plain flour||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Self raising flour||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Eggs||4 (about 60 g)|
|Caster sugar||1 3/4 Cup (28 tbs) , divided (3/4 cup is for the sponge cake and 1/4 cup is for cinnamon and sugar mixture)|
|Cinnamon||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Liter (for frying)|
|Icing sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
