Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vegetable oil 1 Liter (For deep frying)
For orange sauce:
Grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
Grated garlic 1 Teaspoon
Chopped spring onions/Chopped scallions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (plus extra for garnish)
Red chillies 2 , chop (plus extra for garnish)
Rice wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Fresh orange juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Orange zest 1 Teaspoon
Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
Water 1 Teaspoon
Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
