In this video, we will make Veg Aloo Cutlets, this is a very popular evening snack recipe. Crispy from out, flavorful inside, this bengali style vegetable cutlet which is an appetizer is easy to make yet super tasty!

Ingredients

Oil 3 Cup (48 tbs) , divided (1 tbsp for frying vegetables and rest is for deep frying)
Green chillies 2 , finely chopped
Ginger piece 1 Inch
Onion 2 Medium , finely chopped
Peas 4 Tablespoon
Beets 6 , finely chopped
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Amchoor 1/2 Teaspoon
Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
Boiled potatoes 5 , mash
Maida paste 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Maida 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Water  
Breadcrumbs 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Carrot 1 , finely chopped
