Khaman dhoklas 7 , cubed
Nylon sev 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chana 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (chana masala)
Pomegranate seeds 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sweet sour chutney 4 Teaspoon (gud and imli chutney)
Green chutney 4 Teaspoon (coriander and green chili chutney)
Puri 6
Curd 2 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
Salt To Taste
Chat masala To Taste
Corn flour 1/2 Tablespoon



1.Take a plate, coat cubed Dhoklas with corn flour.

2.Heat oil in a pan, fry dhoklas until it gets crispy.

3.Take a bowl, add cubed crispy dhoklas, add onion, tomato, salt-to taste, chaat masala, gud & imli chutney, coriander chutney, crumbled puris and mix it well.


4.Serve in a plate, pour curd, add pomegranate and sprinkle sev for garnishing.
