While busy with house makeover, I prepare simple salads to fuel my body. I got some fresh vegetables from framer's market and thought of making Red or purple cabbage salad with some other yummy ingredients like pear fruit, peanuts, white cannelloni beans and cheese. Salads sounds boring to many people but when you make it right, it is fun to eat variety of salads.
White cannellini beans | 2 Cup (32 tbs) , boil | |
Purple cabbage | 1/4 , chop | |
Sweet yellow pepper | 1 , thinly sliced | |
Chopped spring onion | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Pear | 1/2 , slice | |
