Grilled Fish (Snapper) Recipe On The Otto Wilde OFB Grill
We are back at it with the Otto Wilde OFB Griller - this over fired grill (essentially an at home salamander or really super hot broiler) is perfect for grilling / broiling fish. We stuck to a really simple preparation for our grilled snapper recipe, and just added salt, pepper, dill, and lemon slices.

For the fish:
Whole snapper 2
Salt To Taste
Lemon 1 , juiced
Dill bunch 1 , chop
For the veg:
Fennel bulb 1
Tomatoes 2
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste , cut in half

1.Slice the fennel and tomatoes in half.

2.Coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

3.Slice the lemon, and chop up the dill.

4.Salt the interior of the fish.

5.Stuff the fish with the dill and lemon wedges.

6.Heat the Otto Wilde Grill for a few minutes on low heat.

7.Grill the veg on the highest level until done to your liking.

8.Place the fish on the grill grate and grill them at low heat on Meat-O-Meter level 5 for 2-3 minutes per side until the skin becomes slightly golden.

9.Remove and place fish on a plate / cutting board to rest for a minute or two before serving.

10.Serve and enjoy!
