Breakfast Pizza - How To Make Pizza For Breakfast

Yes, you heard it right! Here it is Breakfast Pizza.

Ingredients

Pizza base 1 Medium
Tomato 1 , finely chopped
Onion 1 , finely chopped
Green chilli 1 , finely chopped
Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm) , finely chopped
Dried oregano 1/2 Teaspoon
Tomato sauce 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Eggs 2
Spinach leaves 3
Grated cheese 6 Tablespoon
Black pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING:

1.Heat the pan, add garlic, green chillies.

2.Then add the onion and saute for 2 minutes and once it turns pink, add the tomatoes and once its soft, put some salt and oregano for taste the add the tomato puree and add little water.

3.Put the lid for 2 minutes.

4.Take a fresh pan and put the pizza base, pour the sauted veggies on top.

5.Then put 2 sunny side up on top and put some chopped spinach and grated cheese and pepper then cover the pan and let the cheese melt.
