Kick start your favourite Mango recipes a little early with this khatta meetha 'Mango Rice' dish that will definitely become your all time favorite.
|Cooked basmati rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated green mango||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mustard seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Channa dal||1 Teaspoon|
|Ginger||1/2 Inch , chopped finely|
|Chopped cilantro||1 Tablespoon|
1.Heat oil in a pan, pop mustard seeds.
2.Add Chopped ginger, Red chillies , Green chillies and Turmeric powder.
3.Add Grated Mango, Salt and saute well till mango is tender.
4.Add Cooked rice and mix well.
5.Garnish with Cilantro and serve.
