We start our Just baked series with this twist of Aloo cups stuffed with macroni chaat and mother dairy fresh delights cream to give it a cheesy bite.
|Par boiled potato||3|
|Cheese||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked macaroni||150 Gram|
|Onion||1 , chop|
|Tomato||1 , chop|
|Chilli flakes||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Bell pepper||1 Medium|
|Broccoli||1/2 , dice|
|Fresh cream||200 Milliliter|
1.Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
2.Firstly with a small spoon scoop out the flesh from the center of the potato halves so that a depression is formed for the stuffing. (You can also use Melon scooper or knife to scoop out the center of potatoes).
3.Take a bowl and pour in all the chopped veggies, boiled macaroni and seasonings and mix it well then keep it aside. Then add the fresh cream and grated cheese and give it a good mix.
4.Take the half potatoes and pour the mixture inside the potato and cover it with grated cheese.
5.Bake it for on a pre-heated oven for 12 to 15 minutes 180 degrees. Garnish it with some nylon sev and chaat masala.
6.Serve and enjoy!
