Chocolate biscuits | 400 Gram ((homemade)) | |
Melted butter | 100 Gram | |
Dark chocolate | 230 Gram | |
Cream cheese | 460 Gram | |
Brown sugar | 220 Gram | |
Cocoa powder | 10 Gram | |
Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
Cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Icing sugar | 2 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
1.Crush the chocolate biscuits & add melted butter to it, mix well and add it to a spring form pan and create a proper base & refrigerate it.
2.Melt the dark chocolate by giving it hot water bath.
3.To melted chocolate add cream cheese and whisk it together to it add brown sugar whisk again, add cocoa powder and milk.
4.Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and spread the mixture evenly to form smooth surface.
5.Refrigerate the cake.
6.Whip some cream and add some icing sugar, transfer it to piping bag.
7.Once the cake it set get it out of mold, dust some cocoa powder and make some nice roses from whipped cream.
