|Dark chocolate||200 Gram|
|Vanilla essence||1 Tablespoon|
|Light brown sugar||360 Gram|
|All purpose flour||260 Gram|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs) (for caramel sauce)|
|Cream||1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (for caramel sauce)|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon (for caramel sauce)|
1.Preheat your oven to 160 degrees F.
2.Mix butter and chocolate together and place it on water to melt it using the water bath method.
3.stir in occasionally.
4.Once the chocolate is melted add 4 eggs to it.
5.Add vanilla essence, brown sugar sieve in all purpose flour, baking powder and salt & whisk everything together.
6.Pour the mixture in a chilled buttered pan and refrigerate it for 20 minutes.
7.Once it is chilled keep it in the oven for 40 minutes at 160 degrees
8.In a pan add sugar and melt it and keep stirring.
9.Once melted pour in cream and mix well.
10.Off the heat and add butter and pour it into a container.
11. The Brownie is ready, keep it aside to cool for 10 minutes and cut it into pieces and enjoy an yummy treat with salted caramel sauce on the top!
