Ingredients

Sake 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Mirin 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Honey 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Oil 3 Tablespoon
Brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Minced ginger 1 Teaspoon
Crushed black pepper To Taste
Salt To Taste
Chicken 1 Kilogram
Sliced onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.To make teriyaki sauce, add sake, mirin, soy sauce, honey, oil, brown sugar, minced ginger, crushed black pepper and little salt give it a good mix.

2.Marinate the chicken pieces with teriyaki sauce. Cover it with cling fill and refrigerate it for two hour.

MAKING:

3.Put a pan on medium or high heat then add oil and fry the onions. Now keep aside the onions on the pan itself.

4.Place the marinated chicken in the middle of the pan and cook it well on both the sides.

5.Add the teriyaki sauce into a saucepan and boil it.

SERVING:

6.The Teriyaki Chicken is ready to be served with a bowl of rice!
