Chicken breast 3 , strips (in total)
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , divided (in total)
Onions 2 , slice (in total)
Sliced mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Sweet paprika 1 Teaspoon
Mustard sauce 1 Teaspoon
Brandy 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Flour 2 Tablespoon
Chicken stock 4 Cup (64 tbs) , divided (in total)
Salt To Taste
Crushed black pepper To Taste
Sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
Rice 500 Gram



1.Cut the chicken into strips.

2.In a pan heat some oil and butter then add the chicken strips and cook it till its no longer pink and keep it aside in a bowl.

3. In a different pan add butter and let it melt, add sliced onion when half cooked add sliced mushrooms,when the mushrooms lets of the moisture add sweet paprika, mustard, brandy, flour.

4.Add chicken stock, chicken strips, mix everything together then add salt & crushed black pepper.

5.Add sour cream and mix it properly , some more chicken stock & cover it with the lid and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

6.Take it off the heat and add some chives and mix it.

7. Heat the pan on medium or high flame add the butter and let it melt, add chopped onion and cook it.

8.Add rice and coat it with butter increase the flame & add chicken stock,salt and crushed black pepper & let it come to boil.

9. Cover it with lid and keep weight on top and reduce the flame and keep it for 11 minutes.

10.Add some butter and mix it through and add some chopped chives and mix it all properly


11.Chicken Stroganoff is ready to be served!
