Cheese Souffle - Classic Cheese Souffle

Ingredients

Butter 50 Gram
Flour 50 Gram
Cold milk 500 Milliliter
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Nutmeg powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Ginger powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Paprika 1/4 Teaspoon
Egg yolks 8
Cheese 400 Gram
Egg whites 8

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Preheat your oven to 200 degrees F.

MAKING:

2. Brush the ramekins with melted butter & coat it with flour & chill them in the fridge.

3.In a pan add butter, flour and add milk to it, when the sauce thickens turn off the flame.

4.Add salt & pepper, powdered nutmeg, ginger & garlic powder, Paprika.

5.Add egg yolks to the sauce and whisk immediately and add cheese to it .

6.Put it back on heat for a minute on medium to low heat.

7. Cool it for some time and whip 8 egg whites and add it in the sauce.

8.Pour the mixture into the ramekins.

9.Keep them in the oven at 200 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes
