There is a variety of Egg Dosas out there. One thing common across all versions - the taste simplicity. And here we present to you the easiest egg dosa recipe!
Dosa batter | 1 Kilogram | |
Beaten eggs | 2 | |
Turmeric powder | 1 Pinch | |
Onion | 2 | |
Green chillies | 2 | |
Chilli powder | To Taste |
MAKING:
1. Take 1 kg of Dosa Batter.
2. Take a flat bottom Dosa pan and heat it. Pour the batter and spread it in a circular motion. Add ghee on top if required.
3. Now take two beaten Eggs and add only half of it to the dosa, at the center.
4. Sprinkle some Chilly powder, Turmeric powder, chopped Onion and Green Chillies on the top. Let it Cook and flip it over.
