This low carb keto crustless pizza only uses two ingredients for the crust! It's a perfect recipe for Atkins Induction or for the keto low carb diet.
|Eggs||4 , beaten|
|Grated mozzarella cheese||8 Ounce|
|Onion powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoning||1/2 Teaspoon (garlic spread seasoning)|
|Cooking spray||4 Dash|
|Barbecue sauce||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (sugar free)|
|Pepperoni||10 , chop|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped red pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Sausage meat||2 Ounce|
|Italian seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Mexican four cheese blend||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
2.Spray frying pan with oil based spray. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs then add the mozzarella cheese and mix together.
3.Add the egg cheese mixture to the heated frying pan.
4.Allow to cook over medium heat until the top of the mixture is slightly firm.
5.Place the pan with the mixture directly into the oven (at 375) degrees and bake for 5- 8 minutes. Remove from oven.
6.In a fry pan, add the sausage meat and allow to brown.
7.After 8 minutes add the onions and cook 2 minutes more. Add the green peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
8.Pour the marinara sauce over the pizza and spread to cover the entire surface.
9.Top with pepperoni then the sausage mixture. Top with the cheese.
10.Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
11.Serve and enjoy!
