Ghee | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Dried red chillies | 3 | |
Ginger garlic paste | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Turmeric | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Cumin powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Coriander powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Tomatoes | 3 , pureed | |
Green cardamom pods | 3 | |
Bay leaf | 1 | |
Butter | 50 Gram | |
Dried fenugreek leaves | 2 Teaspoon | |
Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Green chillies | 3 | |
Cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste |
MAKING:
1. Heat ghee in a pan, add red chillies, dry masala and bay leaf. Add pureed onions and mix it well.
2. Add ginger garlic paste, butter and tomato puree. Cook it well.
3. Add turmeric powder, Cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and salt to taste.
4. Give it a mix and cook the spices well. Add water and cook it well.
5. Add slit green chillies, coriander stem and fenugreek leaves.
6. Add pieces of panner and mix it well. Remove the bay leaf.
7. Add fresh cream and give it a mix.
