Chicken | 1/2 Kilogram | |
Pepper | 6 Teaspoon | |
Turmeric | 1 Teaspoon | |
Cloves | 5 | |
Ginger and garlic paste | 2 Teaspoon | |
Curry leaves | To Taste | |
Onion | 1 , slice | |
Tomatoes | 1 1/2 | |
Coriander powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Water | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (use as required) | |
Salt | 1 Pinch | |
Garam masala | To Taste |
GETTING READY:
1. Marinate the chicken with freshly grounded pepper and turmeric. Place the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for an hour.
MAKING:
2. In a pan heat some ghee then add cloves and ginger and garlic paste and let it sizzle.
3. Add curry leaves and stir properly.
4. Add onion and cook them until they turn soft.
5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook on high flame.
6. Add coriander powder and chicken and now stir fry the chicken.
7. Add some water and give it a stir.
8. Add a pinch of salt and lower the flame.
9. Cover it with a lid and let it cook up to 7-10 minutes.
10. Add garam masala and give a good stir.
