Loaded Cowboy Queso Dip With Pinto Beans

Whether your at a small family or friend get together or you're just looking for something to munch on during a movie or a game, this Loaded Cowboy Queso Dip Recipe with Pinto Beans is ridiculously delicious! This cowboy queso is packed with ground beef, chorizo, bacon, homemade salsa, pinto beans and cheese!


Bacon slices 8 , chop
Chorizo sausage 1/2 Pound ((loose chorizo sausage))
Ground beef 1/2 Pound
Pasteurized cheese 1 Pound ((prepared pasteurized cheese product))
Cream cheese 1 Pound
Shredded white cheddar cheese 1/2 Pound
Diced tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Red onion 1/2 , peeled, finely chopped
Sliced green onions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Jalapeno 1 , seeded, thinly sliced
Chopped cilantro 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Tortilla chips 1 Packet ((for serving))



1.Preheat the oven to 400.


2.Add the bacon to a 12" cast iron skillet over medium heat and cook until crispy.

3.Once cooked set the bacon aside and cook the chorizo sausage in the bacon fat until it is cooked throughout.

4.Next, add in the beef to the pan with the chorizo and cook it until it is cooked through.

5.Add in all of the cheeses and mix over low heat until melted.

6.Pour in the tomatoes, beans, red onion, green onions, jalapeño and cilantro and mix until combined.

7.Transfer the pan to the oven and cook for 10 minutes or until hot and slightly browned on top.


8.Serve and enjoy!
