In this video, we will make Medu Vada, which is also known as Sambar Vadai, Uddin Vada and Ulundu vadai. This is a very simple recipe, but a tricky one. We'll make a crispy and fluffy vada with tips tricks to perfect the texture.


Urad dal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Salt 2 Teaspoon
Cold water 4 Tablespoon (for grinding)
Hing 1/4 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Curry leaves 6 (few leaves)
Coconut 3 Tablespoon
Oil 4 Cup (64 tbs) (For deep frying)
